1. What is your delivery timeline after the event?
Answer:
After your wedding, you’ll receive a few sneak peeks via text, followed by a highlight on Instagram or our blog.
Your full gallery of professionally edited images will be delivered on a USB drive within four weeks.
If your package includes an album, you’ll select your favorite images through a private online gallery. From the time you submit your selections, your album design will be ready for review within two weeks. Once approved, your album will be delivered in approximately 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the season. Holiday production timelines: Thanksgiving cutoff is October 1, and Christmas cutoff is November 15.
For video, delivery is typically 30 days after the wedding if your music selection is submitted in advance, or 30 days from the time we receive your song choice. To avoid delays, we recommend submitting your music before your one month anniversary.
2. What is the difference between the creative highlight film and the full ceremony and reception edits?
Answer:
The creative highlight film is a cinematic, artistically edited piece that blends music and meaningful audio moments. It reflects our signature storytelling style, and the length varies based on your collection.
The full ceremony and reception edits are clean, documentary-style recordings of your day’s key moments. This includes the full ceremony, grand entrances, first dance, parent dances, toasts, cake cutting, and reception highlights. These are edited with original audio so you can relive each moment in its entirety.
Each section is delivered separately, and the total runtime typically ranges from 45 to 90 minutes, depending on your wedding.
We do not create a single long, traditional video that combines everything into one continuous edit.
3. Do we get to select the music that gets used in our creative highlights film?
Answer:
Yes, absolutely. You are welcome to select the music that feels most meaningful to you.
4. How many hours of coverage do we need?
Answer:
We typically recommend 10 hours of coverage for most wedding days. This allows us to capture getting ready, the ceremony, and the majority of the reception.
In most cases, coverage during the final hour of the reception is not necessary unless you are planning a special exit or late night moment.
Our 8 hour option works best for shorter, more streamlined celebrations where everything takes place at one location with minimal travel.
5. What is required to book our wedding date?
Answer:
To secure your date, we require a non-refundable retainer of one third of your total investment.
The remaining balance is split into two payments:
•33 percent due one month before the wedding
•Final balance due 7 days before the event
If your wedding is within four months, a two thirds retainer is required at the time of booking. All major credit cards are accepted, and payments are made securely through our online client portal.
6.How much drone footage is included?
Answer:
Drone footage is used as a creative enhancement, not as primary coverage. These shots are incorporated into your highlight film to add visual depth and atmosphere.
For a typical 10 hour wedding, your film may include approximately 6 to 8 drone shots, depending on conditions.
Please note that drone use is subject to weather conditions, wind, and FAA or local airspace restrictions. In some locations, including major cities, drone use may not be permitted.
7. Can you work with other photographers or videographers from different studios?
Answer:
Absolutely, we love collaborating with other creative professionals.
That said, we’ve found that having both photography and videography from the same studio creates a more seamless experience. It allows our team to move with natural synergy, without competing for moments or space, and ensures everything flows smoothly throughout the day.
When the team is aligned in both vision and approach, it not only reduces stress but also results in more cohesive and meaningful storytelling.
8. Are you insured?
Answer:
Yes. We carry $2,000,000 in general liability insurance and $50,000 in drone coverage.
