Abbey and Carl | The Meadow Wood Wedding, Randolph, NJ

For this wedding, I brought along a roll of FUJIFILM 200 color negative film to add a touch of traditional film photography to the day. Lately, I've loved incorporating film into my wedding work for its nostalgic character, rich tones, and beautifully imperfect, moody feel. This hybrid approach blends film's timeless quality with digital versatility, giving our couples a beautiful mix of looks and styles in their final wedding gallery.

The Meadow Wood is an elegant wedding venue in Northern New Jersey with a bright and airy atmosphere. The abundance of natural light gives the indoor spaces a soft, beautiful feel, while the manicured gardens and surrounding landscape offer plenty of wonderful locations for outdoor wedding portraits. It was a lovely setting for Abbey and Carl to celebrate with their family and friends.

From the beginning, I loved Abbey and Carl's relaxed and laid-back energy. Their wedding day felt joyful and effortless, filled with laughter, genuine moments, and the people they love most.

One of my favorite memories happened during their wedding party portraits. In the middle of all the fun, Abbey, Carl, and their wedding party asked me to put down my camera for a moment and jump into a group photo with them. They wanted a photo to remember not only how their wedding looked, but how much fun we all had together. As their photographer, moments like this always mean a lot to me.

College sweethearts Abbey and Carl have already shared so much of life's journey together, and now they begin this beautiful new chapter as husband and wife.
