A Joyful Celebration of Love | Jude & Amin’s Two-Day Wedding

I had the privilege of capturing Jude and Amin’s beautiful two-day wedding celebration, and every moment was filled with laughter, love, and heartfelt traditions that brought everyone closer together.

Day One: Mehndi Magic at the Camden County Boathouse

The festivities began at the Camden County Boathouse, where Jude’s Mehndi party unfolded in the most joyful way. This women-only celebration was bursting with color and excitement. Surrounded by the peaceful waters of Copper River Lake, guests laughed, danced, and shared in the moment as a skilled artist created stunning mehndi designs on their hands. It was a scene of togetherness and tradition, complete with incredible food, music, and dancing. The waterfront backdrop, with the light glistening off the lake, made the event feel like a dream come to life—an unforgettable way to kick off the wedding weekend.

Day Two: Wedding Reception at the Valley Regency

The celebration continued the next day at the elegant Valley Regency, where love truly took center stage. We were blessed with perfect weather, and the mood was electric from the start. During their first look, the couple also surprised all the family with the release of doves, a symbol of love and freedom as they embark their life journey together.

One of the most memorable parts of the evening was the Zaffa—a vibrant Arabic wedding tradition. The couple was welcomed in grand style, with live drummers, dancers, and joyous cheers filling the air. It was a powerful and emotional moment that brought everyone to their feet and set the tone for the rest of the night. From heartfelt speeches to nonstop dancing, every detail of Jude and Amin’s reception radiated with love, warmth, and pure happiness.
